When fitting a new camshaft, valves and valve springs it is preferable to also fit new valve rockers and this Valve Rocker Shaft at the same time. This will avoid premature wear caused by worn working faces prematurely wearing new parts, and of course will help achieve more accurate valve timing.
It is not recommended to interface old worn items with new on the cam chain tensioner assembly. Don't forget to order all the gaskets and seals you may require - try this pro-workshop gasket sealant 08C70K0234M to help the reassembly of the engine go more smoothly!
