Do you have all parts available in stock?
All the items that are listed on our website are available. Parts shown are either in our own warehouse or available to order from our suppliers. Do keep in mind we don't show how many items we have in stock.
Can I combine or add items to an excisting order?
Don't you just hate it: you spent the whole night searching through all the schematics and added all the parts you need to complete the job, when you realized you forgot that important piece.
Not to worry, you're not the only one. Please place an additional order through the website and send us a support ticket. The additional order will include the shipping and handling cost, but once we received your order and support ticket. We will recalculate the shipping costs based on your new total amount of the order. You will receive the refund of the shipping costs, if applicable, a few days after your order leaves our warehouse.
Don't feel like placing an additional order. You can also use our watch list / buy later option. You can simply add the items to that list. You can even create different lists for different bikes or parts of the bike. When you're ready to start your job, simply order all the items on your watchlist with one mouse click.
What does superseded mean?
Commonly parts are superseded by a newer version of the item with the main reason being improved in quality. Please note that the actual shape or color of the item may slightly deviate from the original design.
Where can I find my CVV2 number on my creditcard?
CVV2 is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since a CVV2 number is listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself.American Express
The security code on an American Express Card is the 4 digits that are above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card.VISA and MasterCard
This security code is printed on your MasterCard and VISA card in the signature area of the back of the card. It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card.

Please note that you pay an additional fee for using credit cards or PayPal for using their service. However these fee's do not accept the prices listed on our site. Check your payment provider for more details.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are rendered secure by payment provider Ingenico. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data can’t be detected, intercepted or used by third parties, and is not kept on our computer systems.3D Secure
Please ask your card provider to active the 3D secure system for your card. It's a personal check system the bank uses to check online payments made to countries other then your own.
Do I have to pay VAT?
There is a VAT on all our products. This VAT is only applicable on countries within the EU. We calculate the VAT automatically during your order. The total costs will be shown in your shopping cart overview.
To qualify for exemption from VAT, you can request a business account from us. The criteria for a business account are:
- You have a registered company in the motorcycles/automotive industry
- Your VAT number is registered on the company in question
- You expect to place orders with us on a constant basis.
If you meet the above conditions, you can apply for a business account at CMS. To become eligible for a business account you need to complete our Dealer Application form online.
How are prices in my currency calculated?
All of our products are shown and paid for in Euros (€). To give you a better understanding of the value of a product, we show the price in your currency as well.
We try to show your currency based on your account details, geo-location, or other methods. We update exchange rates three times per day from exchangeratesapi.io. Do note it is possible the shown currency may slightly differ from current exchange rates due to the limited moments we update the rates.
Payment and refunds are always made in Euros. For example: if you return an article you have paid us 100 Euros (€) we will refund you 100 Euros (€). Exchange rates however may have changed slightly from the time you have ordered till the time of the refund. Please check your payment provider for more details and exchange rates.
How are shipping costs calculated?
The amount of shipping and handling costs calculated is because we send all parts with the delivery services from FedEx and DHL Parcel. We want to make sure all parts ordered are shipped in pristine condition. Some parts are also high-value parts. The delivery by courier with a “signature upon receipt” requirement ensures safe and secure delivery.
Can I order by phone?
Ordering via telephone is not possible. But we created an easy and straight forward online order process where you can place your order.
