Transactions effected through CMS are rendered secure by the Ingenico ( previously named Ogone ) payment system ,www.ogone.com or www.ingenico.com. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties, and is not kept on our computer systems.

Paying with creditcard / CVV2
What is CVV2?
CVV2 is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since a CVV2 number is listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself. All VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards made in America in the past 5 years or so have a CVV2 number.
How to find your CVV2 number:
On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, OR just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. (See below)
Visa & MasterCard:
This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). IF YOU CANNOT READ YOUR CVV2 NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE ISSUING CREDITOR.
The security code on a Discover Card is the last 3 digits of signature strip on the back of your card. A Discover card is shown above with the security code highlighted.
The security code on an American Express Card is the 4 digits that are above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card. An American Express card is shown above with the security code highlighted.
How do I convert your prices in another currency

Do I have to pay VAT / TAX ?
Value Added Tax, VAT, is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services.
It is a general tax that applies, in principle, to all commercial activities involving the production and distribution of goods and the provision of services. It is a consumption tax because it is borne ultimately by the final consumer. It is not a charge on companies. It is charged as a percentage of price, which means that the actual tax burden is visible at each stage in the production and distribution chain. It is collected fractionally, via a system of deductions whereby taxable persons (i.e., VAT-registered businesses) can deduct from their VAT liability the amount of tax they have paid to other taxable persons on purchases for their business activities. This mechanism ensures that the tax is neutral regardless of how many transactions are involved.
EU countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU, but we do charge VAT.

ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR UK CUSTOMERS: VAT, 2% IMPORT TAX AND £ 11.50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
With the implementation of Brexit, the UK government has decided to charge an import tax of 2% of the total value of your order including the shipping costs. On top of that the courier will charge an additional administrative charge of 11,50 GBP. You will receive a payment link to settle both the government tax and the courier administration costs.
In case you have not paid for the additional costs the courier will ask you to pay them upon delivery of our package.
CMS is very sorry about these charges. Please be aware that none of these additional costs will be paid to CMS.VAT
While ordering we charge VAT. At the date of shipment, we assess if you really are obliged to pay VAT to CMS. For shipments above €150 the VAT will be refunded right away. In this case you are obliged to pay this to the courier/UK customs.
It may seem strange to assess if VAT is required at the date of shipment, but we have a lot of customers who order multiple packages that can later be combined in one shipment. By combining these smaller packages, the order value exceeds 150 and the customer is no longer obliged to pay VAT to CMS. Another scenario is that a customer orders 2 items of 100 Euro each and those order are combined. The combined value will be above 200 Euro, so no VAT is required to CMS. But when a customer asks us to ship the items separately the customer should pay VAT to CMS.
Again, we are really sorry for this. Please keep in mind that we are taking these measures to make sure you only pay VAT to CMS when necessary.
