Brake calliper pin plug

I am rebuilding a Honda cbf250. The brake calliper needed rebuilding. As part of this i needed new pin plugs. The ones I purchased from CMS were exactly right and as expected. They matched perfectly with the existing parts both in fit and colour.

This puppy is always tightened too much and after a while is impossible to remove with a plain screw driver. Well, you can try, but then you end up buying a new one here at CMSNL :-)

Lesson 1: do not fit too tight (2.5Nm suffices as per manual)
Lesson 2: buy an impact/attack driver to remove w/o damaging it in case it is again stuck.

Sicherungsschraube Bremsanlage

Habe beim Wechsel der Bremsbeläge masive schwierigkeiten gehabt diese Schraube auf zu kriegen, hat damit geendet das ich sie aufgebohrt habe. Habe dann bei CSML neue bestellt und diese dann montiert. Passen super.
