During a re-build of my VFR400's carbs, I purchased some off ebay to go with the ebay float needle a seats. Well of course they were to the same spec as OEM. they couldn't be tuned and the carbs flooded and leaked fuel straight into the cylinders.
I purchased the pilot jets and float needle and seats from CMS like I usually do, { should have not got cheap ebay copies} back now to starting without choke needed and idles beautifully
