Wear prone throttle tube that is just better being replaced when refurbishing the handle bar control area of the machine, preferably with a new grip on the clutch end of the handlebar to match, and a new throttle cable (along with a little light grease on the working areas).
Order a new L/H grip and throttle cable to compliment this part. Add a little lubricant when assembling.
