Subject: initial carburator setup
I installed new gaskets and o-rings into my carb. What are the initial turns on the needles? Additionally, should the jet needle with an o-ring be screwed all the way in. Lastly, what is the setting for the brass needle with the hex knob for. I can kick start it but it will not keep running. It had a very loud backfire yesterday. Thank you for any help, steve b.
