When launched this old school moto-cross machine was state of the art when launched in 1973. It’s limited production run of just two years, modified versions of which were the factory works machinery during this time. The SC incidentally stands for Scrambler!
As with many old Yamaha moto-cross machines, thye continue in competition today in classic twin shock motocross, and with good spares backup still continue to win.
