Introduced in 1980 and produced only for that year, this was a short lived enduro with an engine taken straight from the ill fated YZ400 bored from 82mm to 85mm. The machine was popular, but was soon to be replaced with the vastly superior, lighter and faster IT465, with braced alloy swing arm.
