Fuel tanks can often be the most difficult item to refurbish when restoring a modern-classic motorcycle.
It is not so much the exterior finish that is difficult, although that isn't easy either, it is the inside that can cause real headaches. Varnish, general gunge, and even worse, heavy internal rust can render what looks like a half decent tank into a lump of scrap metal. Easy and possibly less expensive to buy a brand new tank already painted with a perfectly clean interior.
Consider a new fuel cock at the same time? Check the schematic for your model to find the correct part-number.
Other colours/graphics you may wish to consider.
Add as many items as you wish to the same shopping cart, a new filler cap 4420101832 for example, and still only pay the same single fixed price shipping cost. Please be aware that this component may have other applications in the Suzuki model range. So, please make sure the part-number/s you order are correct for your model?
