OIL SEAL

Forks leaking oil past the seal is both unsightly and potentially dangerous. Most annual roadworthiness testers will fail the machine on this. Only by using genuine Yamaha seals will you be giving the front forks the best possible chance of staying oil tight.

• Make sure the fork tubes are not rusted and pitted on the area the seal has to slide.
• Using cheaper seals will lead to premature leaking and the frustration of stripping the assembly again!
