Overhauling any rear hub should include the replacement of the cush-drive rubbers. They are relatively inexpensive and protect the transmission, and gearbox in particular, from damaging 'snatch', particularly present when shutting and opening the throttle at city speeds.

Noticable Difference

Replaced the 20 year old cush rubbers with these new ones. A tight fit, but eased in with a little Vaseline. There is a noticeable difference as chain snatch has been reduced and gear selection is tighter with less of a "clunk" into first gear. Reasonably priced and very quick delivery.

Had last van schokken met schakelen en vibraties met constante snelheid.
Ketting en tandwielen vervangen, zat er nog in.
Toen maar de demper rubbers vervangen, had ik dus veel eerder moeten doen!
