We cannot over stress the importance of using new correct specification fasteners when rebuilding any Japanese motorcycle.

The very structure and strength of the assembly is dependent on this bolt being perfectly tightened with the correct torque. The old bolt may have stretched and be effectively useless.

• Always renew these bolts for ease of use and because they look better than old rusty items.
• Use the correct specification fasteners for the best results!
