Re assembling the gearbox is a relatively complex task and can be frustrating when after re-assembly something is not quite right. Make sure you don't take any chances by specifying brand new genuine Yamaha circlips that are designed to work perfectly and locate the various gearbox parts accurately with perfect alignment
