Threads will be accurate, bolts will be hardened and tempered correctly with the correct finish. In short, it would be unwise to say the least, to use anything other than the correctly specified fasteners.

Please note that the correct manufacturers mark is on the bolt head, this is important for the correct appearance when restoring these types of machines.
