We have brought together a wide range of parts for Honda VFR800FI 2000 (Y) DENMARK in following gallery. Such a large collection you may not have seen before.

VFR800FI 2000 (Y) DENMARK

Replacement for the successful and much loved VFR750, the first VFR800 though, was already a little long in the tooth, and was soon changed, radically to the V-tec.

This model was a brilliant concept and well received, it’s spread of power form the V4 engine was remarkable, obtained by opening only half of it’s inlet valves at low revs, increasing low down torque, and then opening the other half at higher revs. This system though did away with one of the old VF800 and VF750;’s finest engineering traits, the very reliable and accurate gear driven camshafts.

The British journal ‘Motorcycle News’ had this to say:
“Anyone who has owned a gear driven cam VFR will wonder why Honda went back to cam-chains on this V-4  VFR800 V-Tec. Sadly, they're in danger of being able to say `told you so' to owners who have had the Honda VFR800 V-Tec recalled for cam-chain associated work under warranty. Apart from that, the Honda VFR800 V-Tec looks built to last 100,000 miles, but does need some expensive servicing along the way”

The popularity of the old 800 and 750’s speaks volumes, where reliability and servicing costs are still paramount in the mind of the enthusiast!
