Rubber anti vibration parts will need replacing after a few years service, as they degrade and become less effective in protecting your instrumentation against highly damaging high frequency vibration.

They do not cost a lot, but in the long term could save you a packet! Why not buy a spare or two to keep in your garage/workshop, just in case?
