Yamaha XT350 information
In 1985, the XT350 caused quite a stir, with a double overhead cam four valve engine giving spirited performance, well able to top 90mph with the right gearing. It’s only fault, particularly with the earliest models seemed to be the engine overheating and causing it to stall, particularly in heavy slow moving traffic.
The machine went on being produced with only detail changes right up until the year 2000. Their rugged charm ensures ongoing popularity, and with the spares situation reasonably healthy, should prove a good long term investment for it’s owner.
