If you are removing the cylinder-head for a piston/valves camshaft inspection, and possibly replacements of some or all of those parts, then why not check the cylinder-head and cylinder out at the same time, the bare minimum should be new valve guides, spark plug and main tightening bolts as the old ones will have stretched threads and be difficult to torque down correctly, and of course a new head gasket - perhaps some or all of the parts listed below maybe required:
