This power-Valve Set consists of the newest generation power-valves and can be used for both the Suzuki RGV250 and the Aprilia RS250 motorcycles. The power-valves are made in a special way, so that they're more durable and less prone to carbon/engine deposits.

It's a good thing to protect your engine as much as possible against engine/carbon deposits, since they can severely decrease the performance of your engine, or even worse: lead to an engine stall if left unattended!

The sets have been tested for a long time on not only test benches, but also real circuits. Both circuit-racing motorcycles and standard motorcycles were used during tests.
No more problems with the power-valve pin, that has to be replaced every 20,000 kilometres (12,427.5 miles) to avoid serious engine damage. These power-valves are the ultimate solution!

Suzuki RGV250
The Suzuki RGV250 is a Suzuki high performance sport bike which had a great number of its features and design cues based on Grand Prix technologies and ideas. It is a race-replica based on Suzuki's 250 cc GP bikes from the late '80's and 90's. The top speed of a standard RGV250 is around 209 km/h (130 mph).
The Suzuki RGV250 VJ22 model, produced from 1991 to 1996, had the following improvements in comparison to the VJ21, such as:
Suzuki Advanced Power Control (SAPC), Electronic power valve and ignition timing control

Aprilia RS250
The Aprilia RS250 is a 2-stroke 249 cc sport bike made by Italian motorcycle manufacturer Aprilia. The Aprilia RS250 features race oriented motorcycle with technology derived from Aprilia's racing experience. The RS250 was designed by Aprilia to resemble their GP250 bike to celebrate their succes in the championship. The Aprilia RS250 is powered by a modified Suzuki RGV250 (VJ22) engine which is modified by Aprilia. These changes include a revised ECU, Aprilia designed expansion chambers, barrels and airbox. The twin 34 mm flat side Mikuni carburettors are retained from the RGV.
