Superb model from Guiloy of the works Yamaha YZR M1 Team Camel as ridden by Colin Edwards in the 2006 season
Yamaha introduced the YZR-M1 for the 2002 season embracing the new Moto GP four-stroke formula. This replaced the 2001 V4 Two-stroke machine. Max Biaggi was re-deployed as their No-1 rider on this fast but then difficult to ride machine. The M1 was developed over the years with different riders, but the development of the 'Big Bang' engine firing like a V-4 made the machine more manageable delivering Valentino Rossi another World title after leaving Honda. Many saw Valentino's change to Yamaha from Honda as a backward step - History has since proved otherwise!
