A simply breathtaking, by die cast standards at any rate, 1/43rd scale model of one of the most famous and successful F1 cars ever built by Williams - the 1987 FW11B took the title chase to Mclaren with Nelson Piquet and the very rapid British driver Nigel Mansel.
The low chassis, with even better dynamics than the Mclaren MP4/2, was only possible because of the compact nature of the 1500cc Turbocharged V6 engine. that could, on maximum boost, deliver well over 1000BHP! (on the bench 1500BHP was achieved). Compare that with The 2011 championship winning Red Bull that produced a mere 780BHP from its 2.4 litre Renault V8.
