Replacing washer, trust

I ordered some washer trusts this time, since I had to gear my XBR 500 down, thanks to an engine switch from standard XBR 500 TO NX 650.and I wanted to use the prime-drive and clutch-house from the 500.
It's a wise thing to use this part only once. It's in need of adapting and hammering, and the consequences if the lock nut is screwing itself out, thanks to a bad over used washer thrust are expensive. Or maybe fatal if the parts are no longer listed.
