Carburetor rebuild

I have a couple of KEIHIN carburetors I am rebuilding for my 1982 Kawasaki 305 LTD, I peeled out the old float ball O rings and placed the new ones in I purchased from CMS, they fit perfectly no problems. They arrived in a nice flat package with no kinks or deformities.

Well it worked and so on.
The only problem I had was that it seemed to be a tad to big, (wanted to pop out of the groove so I used gasket glue to hold it in place)
But that more of a problem whit the groove itself, it seals and works properly anyway.
