Movable Tensioner Roller Pin

Careful examination of the camshaft lobes for wear or pitting, also checking the camshaft bearings run smoothly and that the camshaft drive sprockets are showing low or zero wear will give reassurance that all is well when checking out the cylinder-head/s.
So, unless you have good reason to suspect a possible problem in this vital (for performance) assembly, then leave well alone - if it ain't broke don't fix it!
