Overhauling the cylinder head assembly? Replace as many of the wear prone items as possible. This will simplify the assembly and subsequent adjustments required to set up the valve gear correctly.
The most vital items include a new cam-chain, tensioner and guides, valves, valve springs and valve guides.
This will help achieve a smoother, quieter running engine producing plenty of mid-range torque but still allowing it to rev out for maximum PS.
