Yes it is. I purchased the bag as a present for my wife. She liked it very much, also because is not so easy to see around. In my opinion the look is nice but it feels too much "synthetic". Perhups the inside tissue if it was made in cotton was better. It feels like the material of umbrella.
I'll buy it again. I like the color and what represent.
