can anybody tell me how to identify the year of a PC50

Hi the model was introduced in 1969. To tell the exact year without the help of registration documents or registration plate with year letters on, like in the U.K is hard. However if you send the frame number and engine number to either the VJMC (if you are a member) or to Honda USA (if that is where you are) they will be able to tell you the year of manufacture. This costs around £25.00 in the U.K.
When ordering parts however you should ensure the frame number corresponds within the range of numbers for whatever part you order. You could always get in touch with Honda U.K who offer this service, if Honda USA do not?
You will need to back up the numbers with good digital shots of those numbers on the machine.

Thanks I contacted Honda Canada, thay said that it is a 1969 from the vin # and that thay were only available in Canada in 1969 and 70 and only avaliable in red and white, and blue and white reply to this
