Herbertson gets spot in Davies Honda team for 2017 Classic TT

Rising roads star Dominic Herbertson has been recruited to the podium-winning Davies Motorsport Honda team for the Classic TT in August, where he will ride a 500cc four and a 350cc twin.


The 26-year-old forester from Northumbria lapped the Mountain Circuit at 126.8mph in the Senior TT in June, when he finished 18th, in his best ever TT finish, on a BMW S1000RR. John Davies, head of Davies Motorsport, also fields William Dunlop and Alan Oversby on his Hondas, which are based on the CB500 road bike engine, and the 350cc K4 motor.
