Introduced as an entry level off road model the five speed SOHC four-stroke engine is tuned for mid range user-friendly performance.
Its steel frame is both light and durable allowing an al up weight of just 80kg.
Styling is sharp and attractive, sharing many styling cues and some components from the RM80 Moto-Cross machines. At the time of writing the model has evolved steadily, and is still a very popular introductory off-road machine today, selling very strongly in North America.
