Sound lightweight commuter launched in 1977 and produced for just two year’s for western markets. The short production life was not indicative of a badly conceived motorcycle, just a change in motorcycling demography. By the late 1970’s in western Europe, Australia and the USA motorcycles were becoming a life style accessory. The Western world no longer required or desired an economic commuting vehicle. So this able 18bhp 120kg machine was to come and go almost unnoticed, but as is often the case with such machinery, their finer points are rediscovered when they enter the world of classics!
Such is the case with this relatively rare handsome lightweight from Kawasaki!
