It is a true assessment to say the front fork assembly takes a lot of punishment; working hard all the time causing bush wear, stanchions chipped or corroding, spring weakening and tired dampers. If the machine has been involved in a collision, add bent fork-tubes that list!
The easy, but costly way to restore forks, is to buy a complete new assembly, but if you can't run to that or don't need to, then most, if not all of the subcomponents are available, both for cosmetic and sound mechanical purposes. See the list below for parts you may require whichever course of action you decide on:
Add as many components as you wish to the same shopping cart, new fork oil seals 5115308D00 snap rings 5155638B00 gaskets 5114836011 & headstock bearings SSH901 for example, and still only pay the same single fixed price shipping cost.
This component will probably have other, sometimes unrelated, applications within the Suzuki model range. So always check by the part-number rather than the description.
If you are going to carry out engine work try this recommended pro-workshop gasket sealant 08C70K0234M.
