Is the front end a bit loose and with irritating rattles? Steering not quite as accurate as it once was? The front pivot fulcrum bushes probably require replacement. Check the other potential areas for wear and damage on the hard working front suspension assembly?
Replacement with new parts should get the front end close to how it was when the machine was new.
