Kawasaki KH125 information
The KH100 was good; the KH125 was even better! Produced from 1975 through to 1998, the original earliest version gave an impressive 14.5bhp @ just 7500 rpm, giving the 95kg (dry) machine a true top speed of 115kph with acceleration to match!
So with this performance and an effective front disc braking this was a 125 to be reckoned with, although it became less performance orientated as time progressed, mainly due to new learner legal requirements in many European countries lowering power to 12ps.
The KH125 also looked the part, taking its styling cues from its larger siblings, the KH250 and KH400 models, and in bright green it was a real head turner!
Few 125’s singles or twins have been made that could better the KH125, so if you can find a good one, grab it and take it home, you will not be disappointed!
