The rear suspension assembly is robust and well engineered, as might be expected with a Kawasaki product. However, the hostile environment the machinery of the type this component fits operates, means mechanical wear or damage is bound to occur sooner or later.
The swing-arm pivot bearings (sleeves 420361064 & bearings 921501842) at the very least, probably require replacement. Check the other potential areas for wear and damage on the hard-working suspension assembly?
