The most important mechanical assembly in the engine; if the crank/con-rod/piston assembly is not right the rest of the engine will be well down on performance and will use excessive amounts of oil and sound like a tin full of stones being rattled!(well maybe not that bad, but you get our drift).
Replacing as many parts as possible with new components will ensure top performance and long term durability.
