The centre stand and frame really do need this rubber to be in perfect shape to avoid damaging metal to metal contact every time the stand is released. You can't see it but you still need it!

Very useful litlle rubber stopper, I would advice everyone that's driving around on a frequently base to buy and replace this item on his/here CB50. It stops the main stand from vibrating and touching the chain while driving.

And of course this part is once again an original Honda part from superb quality!
