Honda NX500 information
Known universally as the Dominator, a name hotly contested by the owners of the Norton name, this air cooled four valve single overhead cam engine gave an ideal spread of power for duel purpose use. When launched in 1988 ss an enduro it was right on the money, perhaps not as fast as the two strokes of that time, but with a nice spread of usable power and a competent chassis gave it a long model life, by motorcycle standards, the last evolution being launched some 11 years later in 1999.
