Radiator dop, Perfect

Een van vele vergeten onderdelen wanneer je een “project” motor koop.
Of een motor die een tijdje heeft stil gestaan.
De radiator dop. Na het schoon spoelen van het koel systeem gelijk een nieuwe dop erop. En geen problemen meer.
Zijn er lekkages dan is het in ieder geval niet je radiator dop.
Goedkope verzekering voor je zelf.

De oude dop lekte koelwater via de rubbers. Die waren volledig uitgedroogd en verhard. De nieuwe past en werkt perfect.

Als het rubber van de dop niet meer goed afsluit werkt de koeling van je motor niet meer goed. Nieuwe dop erop gezet en gelijk weer prima

Een 100 % origineel onderdeel.
Toch wel leuk dat ik voor m'n motor van 1992 nog zo vlot aan een origineel onderdeel kan komen.
Radiatordop werd vervangen omdat de rubberen dichtingsringen barstjes vertoonden.
Heb ondertussen reeds wat kilometertjes gereden en het onderdeeltje presteert feilloos.

The initial cap was damaged by a really bad mechanic. That was the reason I had to replace it.
