Works perfectly , this was for the JC20 model and on the rim of the stat it says 65C so I assume it starts to open at 65C and is fully open at 80C ish , which seems about right. There is also a small bleed hole on rim of stat to aid bleeding when first fitted. These stats are expensive but are very small
and reliable , had to replace mine as it was missing.
