One of the problem areas of any classic Japanese motorcycle restoration is getting the instrumentation spot on. Tachometers fade with U.V exposure, the lenses become semi opaque and the general scuffing and damage over the years completely spoils the appearance. Sometimes it is just easier to replace the old item with a new OE part, while we still have them.
