If the Clutch is slipping then friction discs are the usual culprit along with weak pressure springs. We would suggest however that the pressure plates, where possible are replaced along with the Clutch springs at the same time.
Check other aspects of the Clutch assembly; renewing as many of the wear and damage prone components as possible can only improve the overall operation and feel of the Clutch; losing that wooden or unprogressive and snatchy feel.
