Are the products new or used?

The parts we offer are in new and unused condition. Some items may however be over 40 years old and might show shelve ware.


Can you help me find a part ?

As a policy we do not look up parts or give quotations. All parts we support, can be found on our website.

If you need guidance finding the part or model, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or through the ticket system.

If an item can not be found on our website, we do not support it.
If a machine can not be found on our website, we do not support it.


undeliverable items

Occasionally, you may encounter the message: "Your cart contains items that we may not deliver to your country". In that case your shopping cart holds some products that have special delivery restrictions, issued by our supplier. It simply means that we cannot ship these items to your country. When you continue the checkout process, we'll automatically remove the affected products from your cart and you will obviously not have to pay for these.
