Payment errors

In case the checkout page gives you this error:

"ERROR: An error has occurred; please try again later. If you are the owner or the integrator of this website, please log into the Ingenico e-Commerce Solutions back office to see the details of the error."

.. chances are that a virus scanner ( e.g.: Kaspersky ) changes some information ( i.e.: referrer) and triggers the error.

The solution is simply to disable the virus scanner and retry the checkout.

My payment page is empty, what should I do ?

The final payment is handled by an external payment provider called Ingenico ( formerly known as Ogone). They require that your browser supports a recent security protocol, TLS1.2.

If your browser does not support TLS1.2, the final payment where you enter you payment details will go blank.

To see if your browser support TLS1.2, you can visit HowsMySSL. Look for the text "Your client is using TLS ..". or alternatively visit SSLlabs.com for more detailed info.
