Overhauling the kick-start mechanism - renewing as many of the wear items at the same time will attain the best results. Interfacing used parts with new will lead to premature wear of the new parts and a less reliable kick-start action.
A new KICK START ARM won't do any harm either!

  • Renew the securing bolt for this item at the same time.
  • Are there any other parts that may be better being renewed than repaired in the kick-start mechanism.
