Been riding bikes since i could sit on the tank of my dads Bultaco 250 Sherpa in '72, feet on the crank cases and hands on the bars as he rode cross country in trials. Bikes have been in our family since the 1930's. Both on road and off, scrambles, grass track and trials. I am a trials man, i have 3 Ossa's, 1 Montessa 348 and a TY250 mono + a hybrid i am building off and on. A DT250 (1978?)and on the road a '99 Honda VFR800fi. But my passion and ultimate bike is "Grace" my 936/6 Benelli. Very heavily modified, with a 6 carb conversion, kawasaki pistons, shot peaned rods, lightend and knife edged crank, custom made 6/1 exhaust. everything tuned for mid range. She will pull to the 11,500rpm red line in top gear (gearing at 13mph per 1000rpm, you figure it !). ZZR600 wheels and uprated suspension means she goes 'round bends on rails. Lovely bike to ride and howls like a banshee .... 36,000 miles and counting ...... maybe see you out on the road !
I also tune bikes by request.
