Renewing the cam-chain will sharpen up the valve timing and deliver stronger performance.
We do strongly urge the replacement of all the other elements that make up this assembly, especially the Cam Chain guide and this Slipper-Tensioner which also contribute to accurate valve timing by helping maintain the tension and accurate tracking of the Cam Chain itself.

    Arrived very quickly, Made to a high standard as you would expect from a spare part. The one on my bike has only covered 24000 miles but seeing parts for the CBR1000FL are getting harder to find I'm building a stock of engine parts if I should need them in the future. I have got a spare CBR1000FL engine which I've over night decided to rebuild. So this part is now going to be used for this Job. Where would we be if CMSNL was not keeping stock.

    Nokkenas ketting spanner set

    Waar vrijwel iedere CBR 1000 F rijder mee te maken krijgt , en wat helaas een kwaal is een een rammelende nokkenas ketting spanner.
    Vervangen van de spanner is dan de enige optie om er voor en tijdje van af te zijn.

    Ik heb hem besteld bij CMS en enige maanden geleden juni 2015 ingebouwd, samen met geleider arm .

    Op de nokkenas ketting spanner heb ik een modificatie toegepast , zo dat het bovenste scharnierpunt d.m.v. een veer ook naar binnen gedrukt wordt ( Idee van Kees Vorm uit Amsterdam)en dit werkt naar volle tevredenheid, tevens loopt de motor nu ook mooier rond, en bokt wat minder rond de 5o km / uur.Het vervelende ratel geluid is helemaal weg. Zowel het aanschaffen bij de Fa CMS, als de modificatie kan ik van harte aanbevelen.
