Suzuki TS185 information
The TS185 was first launched in 1971 and was sold successfully into the North American street scrambler market, these sales helped by Suzuki’s World championship winning ways with the TM series of moto-cross machines that used almost identical chassis to the TS variants.
The TS185 gave a very healthy 18hp @ 7000rpm,enough to give this 102kg machine class-leading performance. The model was discontinued in 1977 after a successful 6 year plus run, and was revived in 1995, production now in one of Suzuki’s new satellite companies primarily to be sold in the emerging economies of the Far East.
