Suzuki AN125 1995 (S) information
Made in Spain by Suzuki Motor Espana, this stylish model launched in1995 was the start of the Burgman type machines fitted with torquey four stroke engines, this particular model giving 10bhp @ 8000 rpm. Power was to increase with time and development.
The two stroke era was dying out, and the market place for scooters was changing to young suited city types who wanted smooth quiet performance delivered in style. Suzuki Spain delivered the standard setting scooter that all other manufacturers would follow.
Scooters would no longer be for youngsters going to school and college with barely legal racing expansion style exhausts, leaving a trail of blue smoke! They were now the machines of choice for young and not so young professionals, who required smooth stylish performance, and clean shoes on arrival at the office!
