| fitting this unit has fixed the signal flashers and the bulbs blowing as it is a complex unit which is called a rectifier but is also a flasher unit and a regulator..make sure you fix the route of the problem which caused it to blow in the first place..it was the signal switch shorting which caused the rectifier to blow in my case..the 100 euro type has four terminals earth,L1,L2,and common,L1 and L2 supply the indicators so if you have 12v at the common terminal which is the current going in and nothing coming out at L1 or L2 then you probably need a new rectifier...
there is another rectifier available at 20 euro but this has two terminals and is just a rectifier and will not fix your indicators/turn signal. |
