Push pull throttle is a term for a throttle sytem. You have 2 cables that operate the carb. One to accelerate (give gas), and one that decelerates, in combination with the return spring. Some types operate on the return spring only, but push pull gives better responsiveness and much better mileage. The're not 2 different systems.  reply to this
